I have been at this college for 4 years now and I have grown as a friend to this teacher. He has always been there for each and every one of his students, he makes the class room environment happy and everyone always looks forward to going to class with Phil. He is the coordinator of the Community and Justice Service worker program, he teaches in the program and is also involved as the coach of the basketball team. He plays many roles at the school and I feel he deserves this so much because if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be in this program still, and if it wasn't for Phil, this program would never have the amazing repuatation that it does. He recognizes you when you have made big accomplishments and let's you know about it. I flew to Calgary in November for my 4 week placement and if the school would have let him, he would have flew out to meet my placement teacher, that is how above and beyond this guy goes for us, were so lucky to have him as a teacher and coordinator. Phil is awesome and SO deserves this!
