Contest Rules
The contest is open to Canadian citizens of 18 years or older unless otherwise expressed by Quinte Broadcasting, Leon's Superstore Trenton or a promotional partner. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Quinte Broadcasting, Leon's Superstore Trenton, contest sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members (including parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, children & grandchildren) and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
No one person or member of his or her immediate family or household may win more than one prize in any 30-day period.
Entries are limited to one per household. Consecutive entries will be discarded.
All prizes are non transferable unless approved by Quinte Broadcasting or Leon's Superstore Trenton. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
All prizes that are to be picked up at our premises must be retrieved within 30 working days or they become the sole property of Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton. Prizes may be picked up between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays), from the 4th floor of the Morton Building, 10 Front Street South, Belleville, Ontario. Prizes will not be sent to winners unless extraordinary circumstances prevail. Prizes that are being picked up elsewhere are subject to the conditions set by the party providing the prize.
Once a prize is awarded it is the sole responsibility of the winner. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledge that Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize, and that Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton are not responsible for any travel related problems or costs that may occur when using or enjoying the prize.
The contest winner is responsible for any or all additional costs related to the prize including all all taxes and/or fees, all items of a personal nature, all insurance, and all such additional costs related to the prize that may be incurred.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton may deem appropriate.
To enter the 'Leon's Superstore Trenton Drive Into The Holidays' contest, entrants may complete the entry form on the contest website at http://www.mix97.com/leons/xrt.php, from Thursday, November 5, 2009 to Thursday, December 24, 2009. One entrant will be chosen daily to win a $100 Gift Certificate redeemable at Leon's Superstore Trenton, Hwy. 401 and Glen Miller Road, and will be entered as a qualifier for the grand prize. A total of thirty-four entrants will be chosen.
The grand prize winner will be chosen by reverse draw from the qualifiers at 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Leon's Superstore Trenton, Hwy 401 and Glen Miller Road.
All grand prize qualifying entrants must register in person at Leon's Superstore Trenton, Hwy 401 and Glen Miller Road by 11:30 AM to be included in the draw. Entrants unable to attend the draw in person may send a representative with a written and signed note to register on the entrant's behalf. Any entrants not present at the commencement of the draw will be disqualified from the contest.
The grand prize will consist of one 2009 Club Car XRT950 EX 4x4 Side-by-Side vehicle as provided by Custom Carts in Trenton.
The grand prize winner agrees that the prize must be accepted as outlined specifically by Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton, and that Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton retain the rights, in their absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton.
Winners and must sign a release form as prepared and accepted Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Quinte Broadcasting and Leon's Superstore Trenton reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
