Bad Neighbours?

Ok, so sometimes we have to deal with loud annoying neighbours, and one woman from Seeley’s Bay, Ontario had trouble with her neighbours too.

Her neighbours are grandparents of a 5 year old who constantly rode around on an ATV all day long. As you know, they are pretty loud and can be annoying if heard for long periods of time, so I get her point.

To get back at her neighbours, the 56 year old woman started sitting outside of her house topless. The grandparents noticed she was topless and rushed their grandchild inside whenever she was outside partially nude.

Remember, she isn’t breaking the law. It’s not illegal for a woman to be topless in public. She also says she will continue to go outside topless whenever she hears the ATV.

In a way I’m siding with both parties involved.
The grandparents are saying it’s not right for the woman to be topless in front of a 5 year old, which I agree with.

I also agree with topless lady in the sense that, yes it is annoying to hear loud noises all day, although she did take it a bit far.

Both people do have the right to enjoy their property’s, but at the same time, why is a 5 year old riding around on an ATV?
