We all know coffee is great for boosting alterness, learning and memory… and it tastes fantasic!!! New research shows coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing type 2 Diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, liver disease, and some cancers. And drinking just one cup a day may stave off heart disease, according to the Iowa Women’s Health Study which tracked more than 27,000 women.
